Ydesigns uses SharePoint as a project management system. As each new client comes aboard a secure "sub-site" is created with just a few mouse clicks. Each site already has the pertinent documents, tasks and project outline. From there the site is used to post updates and announcements, track progress and manage tasks. The ability to "see" where the project is at all times has added an increased level of comfort to our clients. Ydesigns also adds value to our customers by documenting our knowledge and "lessons learned" in an online KnowledgeBase we call ActiveKnowledge. There our clients can peruse a wealth of information on ecommerce strategy, marketing, search engine optimization, pay per click campaigns... anything and everything related to online commerce.
