Case Study Grain & Salt Society The Grain & Salt Society is a wholesaler and retailer of Celtic Sea SaltŪ and related products and accessories who believes in good salt, good food and good health. The Grain & Salt Society (GSS) needed an proficient way for their employees to successfully communicate and collaborate. Much of their communication was in the form of the proverbial email plus attachment resulting in multiple versions of the same documents located on the server and individual computers.
